I take out my
contact lenses?

To take your lenses out:
First you should wash, rinse and dry your hands, then follow these steps:

20 seconds with
your finger.

Rinse each side of the
lens for 10 seconds
with a steady stream
of the solution.

tighten lids and wait
overnight or at least
six hours.
