Remember to always wash, rinse and dry your hands before handling contact lenses.


Fill the empty lens case with solution.


Wet each side of the lens with the solution.


Rub each lens for 20 seconds with your finger.


Rinse each side of the
contact lens for 10 seconds
with a steady stream of the solution.


Place the lenses in the case,
tighten the lids and wait
overnight or at least six hours.

At Alcon, we stand behind our products and quality controls and are confident that you will be satisfied with our product. If you are not satisfied with a Clear Care, GenTeal, Naphcon-A, Opti-Free, Pataday, Systane, or Zaditor product you purchased from one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Alcon 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (“Guarantee”) is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.
How to Claim the Guarantee
To submit a Guarantee request, please contact us through our General Inquiry Form and select “Prescription and over-the-counter products.” Please put the following information in the request box: (1) product purchased, (2) reason for dissatisfaction, (3) date and place of purchase. You will also be asked to provide proof of purchase (showing where and when you purchased your product) and pictures of the product and its packaging. The picture must include the lot code on the packaging. In certain instances, you may also be asked to provide other information to assist Alcon in processing your request, including returning the product to us for inspection. If such request is made, Alcon will provide you a prepaid shipping label. You must submit your Guarantee request within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines
Alcon reserves the right to verify information, confirm the identity of any purchaser, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where Alcon concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. Alcon may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
