It's really easy, and we'll show you how!
To put your lenses in:
1 
Wash, rinse and dry your hands.
2 
Pour the old solution with the lens into your hand.
Then place the lens on your finger.
3 
Use both hands to hold open your eye.
4 
Look up and place the lens on the white of your eye.
5 
Look down and blink to center the lens.
